Whew!
We have been hard at work with the launch of our first digital course released last month. We hope you are among the first group who got a spot!
It's definitely time to refresh and sharpen the saw to get our creativity playing again! As well as setting some time away for a little relaxation and recreation. While pink hearts lined the aisles everywhere last month, we are ready to practice some self-love as well as some random acts of kindness - because we all know the world needs more of that.
On that note, we offer the following inspirations...

What We're Reading:
After the cold winters, we can look forward to the possibilities of spring! We have two non-fiction selections for you to warm up to de-thaw your "inner Springtime"
In Pathways to Possibility, Rosamund Stone Zander encourages us to notice the stories we tell ourselves—and to imagine new ones. She shows how releasing old patterns can open space for growth, deepen our relationships, and shift how we engage with the world around us.
Thoughtful and expansive, the book explores how a change in perspective can lead to greater freedom, joy, and a sense of connection. It’s a fitting and inspiring companion to her earlier work, The Art of Possibility, and a lovely read for anyone curious about what might be possible.
Of course, when we think of the idea of possibilities, we recall our own book, -
Patience and Possibility, which guides you through cultivating mindfulness and patience in your daily lives with step by step suggestions. The poetry and photos are beautiful (if we do say so ourselves) companions to the bite-sized exercises exploring the possibilities that come with resiliency and open mindsets.

What We're Listening To:
We're so lucky to have found, If You Go There, I Hope You Find It by The Paper Kites, and it’s a quietly beautiful companion for slowing down. Gentle and reflective, the album feels rooted in the simple act of being present.
Singer Sam Bentley describes it as a response to how easily we’re pulled into the past or the future—and a reminder to appreciate where we are right now.
That intention is woven beautifully into the lyrics in the track, "Where the Lavender Blooms."
Running, I keep running
From the good things that I'm giving
Trying to do better
And letting the good things in
The album invites you to arrive fully, to notice what’s around you, and to linger there a while, and maybe to do some journalling!
What We've Been Watching:
Some of us are happily back on the Bridgerton bandwagon, delighted that a new season has arrived on Netflix. If you haven’t yet stepped into the historical world of London’s most fashionable siblings, consider this your invitation. It’s a feast for the senses—lavish costumes, sumptuous sets, candlelit ballrooms, and all the romance and intrigue that come with high society. A delicious bit of escapism, perfectly suited for curling up and indulging in something beautiful.

The Mosaic Circle -
Reporting from the field: Barbara Peters and Andrea Gould of BoomTalkMedia.com
"Picking Up the Pieces and Moving On" is a course designed to help individuals navigate life's challenges and foster resilience through the art and science of lifespan psychology.
In our 1st live zoom, participants shared personal metaphors and stories, creating a supportive environment to explore thoughts and feelings of being "stuck" and the undeniable impact of recent societal events. Our hearts were touched by the folks from Minneapolis who have personally experienced ground zero.
Emphasizing the importance of journaling and connection with nature, the course encourages self-reflection and processing grief, while also introducing conceptual tools like the "Flow of Change Map." With future sessions planned, attendees are invited to engage actively and provide feedback to enhance their experience.
